Cross Training​

Diverse, varied and intense. We teach you the functional movements that create fun and innovative workouts. You’ll learn aspects of weight lifting, cardio (running, rowing, jumping rope, etc) body weight movements and more.

HIIT

30-40 minute workouts that utilize light weights, high reps, kettle bells, circuits, timed intervals, plyometrics and lots more! We have three categories of HIIT to choose from, experience all three!

LIFT

Practice form, technique and build strength in the deadlift, bench, press, snatch, clean and squat. These short ‘pre-workouts’ demonstrate measurable results that will improve your performance in Cross Training.
