Fitness Challenge:

  • 100 Double Unders or 200 single jump ropes
  • :45 lateral toe taps (toe tap to any sturdy object on the ground)
  • :45 jump squats
  • :45 stationary alternating lunges
  • :45 Burpees with a 180 jump
    •  Score = total burpees

Workout:

3 Rounds for Time

  • 40 hollow rocks
  • 30 Kettle bell swings (or sub dumbbell or other weighted object)
  • 20 jump squats
