Fitness Challenge:

  • 400 meter run
  • 2 mins hollow holds
  • 2 minutes Butterfly Situps
  • 2 minutes Candlestick sit up to stand
  •   Score = total Candlestick sit ups to stand

Workout:

10 minute AMRAP

  • 5 pushups
  • 10 Goblet squats (hodl any weighted object in front of your chest)
  • 15 Sumo Deadlift high pulls (with any weighted object, kettle bell, paint can, gallon of water, etc)
