Fitness Challenge:

  • 150 Double Unders or 300 single jump ropes
  • 1 minute mountain climbers
  • 1 minute jumping jacks
  • 1 minute plank hold (on hands)
  • 1 minute push-ups
  •   Score = total pushups

Workout:

10 sets of 100 meter sprints

(rest as needed)

–In between each 100 meter sprint – perform 25 single jump ropes or 25 double unders.  If you are practicing double unders- count each attempt as a rep.  If you get any double unders post that to the website!!!
