AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds (or reps) As Possible. So for 8 minutes, cycle through this list of exercises. Thrusters are a squat to an overhead press. So if you’re using two dumbbells, hold them at your shoulders. Perform your squat and then stand up and press the dumbbells above your head. If you don’t have two dumbbells, use any weighted object. If it’s just one weighted object, hold it in front of your chest with two hands, squat and stand up and press it above your head.
Air squats are just basic squats- no weight.
Pushups should be full chest to the ground. Tuck your elbows in close to your body.

- 9 Thrusters (holding any weighted object or two objects – one per hand)
- 6 Air squats
- 3 pushups
