5 Rounds For Time

  • 50 jump rope singles (or DU)
  • 40 Butterfly situps (put the soles of your feet together and let your knees butterfly out to the sides. Touch the ground behind you, come up and touch your toes.
  • 30 fast feet hops
  • 20 Reverse burpees
    • Modification for reverse burpee is a standard burpee
